Request Unhinged Nav account and data deletion

You can request deletion without reinstalling the app. This form saves a request; it does not immediately delete an account.

We verify account and trip ownership before deleting the account, associated account data, requested waitlist data and diagnostic records we can securely associate with you. Legacy guest diagnostics may require additional information from the originating phone. See our retention and deletion policy. We will explain any lawful retention exception when processing your request.

You can also submit a signed-in request from Privacy and account deletion at the bottom of app Settings. Never send a password or audio recording.
