Unhinged Nav Beta Terms of Use

Beta use and driving

This is pre-release software. Search accuracy, maneuver timing, rerouting, arrival, background behavior and voice reliability are still being tested. Follow traffic laws, signs, closures and conditions. Set up the app while parked, and have a passenger operate controls or stop safely before changing settings. Do not use a reported route to justify an unsafe or prohibited maneuver. The app is not an emergency service or official incident recorder.

Optional features

Adult language modes are optional and intended for adults 18 and older. Safe Mode remains available. Diagnostics and automatic hands-free listening use separate permissions. Denying optional collection does not authorize us to activate the microphone or collect diagnostic trips without your agreement. See the Privacy Policy for actual data handling.

Provider terms

Google Maps Platform features are also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Mapping and voice providers retain their respective rights and attribution requirements. Do not remove provider attribution, misuse the services or use the beta to extract bulk provider data.

Access, feedback and changes

Access and features can change during testing. Custom voices may require an approved app account; signup alone does not grant access. No payment is required for this beta invitation. Planned subscriptions are not a promise of current paid functionality. Send feedback without exposing anyone else's private information. Request account/data deletion through this page or app Settings.

Limits

The beta is supplied for testing without a promise of uninterrupted operation or error-free guidance. These terms do not exclude rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Material privacy or feature changes will be reflected in the app and published policy. Using this page does not constitute a Google Play release approval.
